Born from a love of food and a passion for flavour, CrumbLab is my little microbakery in Ebbsfleet, at the heart of Kent’s Garden of England. It’s where curiosity, creativity and a touch of kitchen magic come together to create cookies that are anything but ordinary.

Hi, I’m Penny — baker, flavour-hunter, and cookie obsessive. For me, food should make you smile without thinking, do a silly little dance, and immediately tell your friends about it. That’s the kind of joy I wanted in a cookie — bold, playful, unforgettable — so I set out to bake it myself.

After a traumatic & frustrating time trying to get back into the corporate world after the birth of my daughter, and years of friends and family insisting “you have to sell these,” I finally listened. CrumbLab is the result: cookies packed with flavour, inspired by my heritage, family baking memories, and a never-ending love of experimenting with ingredients.

Every recipe is a piece of my heart, baked to bring happiness straight to yours.
