I've marbled the dough with shards of homemade hazelnut praline, then folded in a blend of dark and milk belgian chocolate for a sophisticated, mellow richness. Finished with a house-made hazelnut gianduja drizzle, toasted hazelnut crush, and a signature mist of burnished copper, it’s equal parts elegance and edge.

Storage
We always recommend eating your cookies as soon as you can, so store them at room temperature for up to 3 days in an airtight container.
If you want to keep the joy going for just a little longer, you can wrap them individually in parchment paper, place in a ziplock bag & freeze them for 2-3 months. Simply thaw and enjoy when the mood takes you.
And if you want to go full elite cookie mode, why not warm them up in the oven at 170C for 4-7 minutes? You won't regret it.
