    Thick, golden, and unapologetically cozy. My signature 120g cookie starts with roasted milk powder for a rich, nutty depth. I fold in tart dried cranberries, creamy caramel belgian chocolate, and maple-candied pecans, then swirl through a buttery cinnamon streusel for that autumn crumble nostalgia. Finished with a kiss of flaky sea salt and a delicious maple glaze, it’s equal parts comfort and craft.

      We always recommend eating your cookies as soon as you can, so store them at room temperature for up to 3 days in an airtight container.

      If you want to keep the joy going for just a little longer, you can wrap them individually in parchment paper, place in a ziplock bag & freeze them for 2-3 months. Simply thaw and enjoy when the mood takes you.

      And if you want to go full elite cookie mode, why not warm them up in the oven at 170C for 4-7 minutes? You won't regret it.
